Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. EER is not VAT registered and does not add VAT at checkout. Delivery is shown separately before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your statement may show VIBRATO MEDIA GROUP. We do not receive your full card number.
Orders and delivery
We sell and deliver to UK addresses. Inkthreadable prints and dispatches our merchandise on our behalf. Allow 3–5 working days for production, followed by an estimated 2–5 days for Royal Mail Tracked 48. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us if an order is delayed or arrives damaged.
One mug costs £9.99 with £3.79 standard UK delivery. Delivery for larger baskets is calculated before you pay. You will receive an order acknowledgement by email. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch; if we cannot fulfil it, we will refund your payment.
Cancellations and returns
For our standard EER designs, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Printing a standard design to order does not remove this policy. Email us for return instructions; please do not send returns directly to the printer.
You pay return postage for a change of mind. We refund the goods and standard outbound delivery for a fully cancelled order, using the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. We may deduct for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Optional cancellation form
Send to Essex Estuary Radio Ltd at the postal or email address above: “I give notice that I cancel my order for [goods]. Order number: [number]. Ordered on / received on: [dates]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Add your signature if sending on paper. You can also cancel with any other clear statement.
