We use your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order details and payment status to fulfil your purchase, answer questions and deal with returns. This processing is needed for your purchase contract. We also keep records where required for accounting and use security information to prevent fraud.
Stripe processes payments and receives payment information directly. Inkthreadable receives the order and delivery details needed to print and dispatch your goods, and delivery carriers receive the details needed to deliver them. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Order and accounting records may be kept for up to six years after the relevant accounting period, or longer where needed for a legal claim. Shop cookies keep track of your basket, checkout session and login. We do not enrol customers in marketing simply because they place an order.
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to exercise other applicable data protection rights. Some records must be retained by law. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
